Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

• Uploaded selfies: processed temporarily for AI training. Deleted within 30 days of order delivery.
• Personal AI model (LoRA): trained on your selfies. Deleted within 30 days alongside the uploads.
• Generated headshots: stored in private bucket, accessible via signed URL for 30 days, then deleted.
• Email address: used to send your delivery link and order updates.
• Payment info: processed by PayPal or NOWPayments (crypto). We never store card numbers or wallet keys.
• IP address & user agent: logged for abuse prevention.
• Image hashes: SHA-256 hashes (not the actual images) retained 12 months for legal/abuse audit.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To train your personal AI model and generate your headshots.
• To deliver the order and respond to support requests.
• To investigate abuse if a complaint references your order (via the image hash).
• To comply with legal requests from law enforcement.

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your photos or AI model for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
• We do not display your photos publicly. Galleries are private signed URLs known only to you.
• We do not retain your photos longer than 30 days after delivery.

4. Third-Party Services

• PayPal: card & PayPal payments. Privacy policy
• NOWPayments: cryptocurrency payments. Privacy policy
• Replicate: AI training & inference. Privacy policy
• Cloudflare R2: object storage.
• Supabase: database hosting.
• Modal: compute infrastructure.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• Vercel: frontend hosting.

5. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data.
• Request deletion of your data (we will delete all of it within 7 days of request).
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Children

HeadshotPro is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly accept uploads of minors. If you believe we have, contact us immediately and we will delete the data.
