30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your AI headshots, email us within 30 days of your order delivery and we'll refund your full $29. No questions asked, no forms, no friction. We'd rather lose $29 than have an unhappy customer.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@swap-video.com
  2. Include the email you used at checkout and your order ID (from the delivery email).
  3. Tell us briefly why — we want to learn from it, but it's not a gate to the refund.
  4. We process refunds within 2 business days. PayPal refunds appear instantly; crypto refunds appear within 1-2 hours after the next blockchain confirmation.

What's NOT Refundable

  • Requests filed more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Orders that haven't completed yet are not "refunds" — just email us and we'll cancel and refund immediately.
  • Chargeback filed before contacting us — we'll dispute it. Please email first.
  • Refunds requested after multiple successful re-orders — bad-faith requests will be declined.

Crypto Refunds

For orders paid via NOWPayments (cryptocurrency), refunds are issued in the same coin you originally paid in, to a wallet address you provide. Note: due to exchange-rate fluctuations between order and refund, the USD-equivalent value may differ slightly from $29. We refund the original crypto amount, not the USD value.

Why we offer this

AI headshot quality varies by face, lighting, and selfies provided. Some packs come out great; some don't. We'd rather absorb the cost of an unhappy customer than make people feel locked in. Word-of-mouth is worth far more than $29.
