1. Service Description

HeadshotPro is an AI-powered headshot generation service. You upload selfies and we train a personal AI model to generate professional-style headshots in 8 distinct styles. The service is operated by Swap-Video (sole proprietorship, Israel).

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use HeadshotPro for any of the following:

  • Uploading photos of any person without their explicit, informed consent.
  • Uploading photos of any person under 18 years of age, in any context.
  • Using generated headshots to commit fraud, identity theft, or impersonation.
  • Using generated headshots to harass, bully, defame, or stalk any identifiable person.
  • Generating content for use in non-consensual sexual or intimate contexts.
  • Using generated headshots in contexts intended to deceive viewers about a real person's actual identity, beliefs, or actions.
  • Any use that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the United States.

We retain a SHA-256 hash of every uploaded image for a minimum of 12 months for abuse-investigation purposes, plus a record of which IP addresses initiated each order. We cooperate with law enforcement requests.

3. Consent Representation

By uploading any photo to HeadshotPro you represent and warrant that: (a) you are 18 or older; (b) all faces in the uploaded photos are your own face only; (c) you have the legal right to use those photos; and (d) you accept these Terms.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All output images are AI-generated synthetic media. Although the model is trained on your real face, the resulting photos are not literal photographs — backgrounds, wardrobe, lighting, and minor facial features are synthesized. You agree to disclose AI-generated origin where required by law (EU AI Act, US state regulations) when using the photos in public contexts.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant HeadshotPro a limited license to process and store the photos solely to deliver the service. We claim no ownership over the AI-generated output — you may use it for any lawful purpose including commercial use.

6. Billing

HeadshotPro currently offers a single product: a one-time AI Headshot Pack at the launch price of $29 (regular price $39).

7. Data Retention

Uploaded selfies and your personal trained AI model are deleted within 30 days of order delivery. Your generated gallery remains accessible via private signed URL for 30 days after delivery, then is deleted. We retain audit logs (no actual images) for 12 months for legal compliance.

8. Liability

HeadshotPro is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for misuse of generated content by users. Maximum liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid for your pack.
